Sun dried Tomato Pesto Recipe

We recently came across surplus Sakura cherry tomatoes which are juicy and sweet! They are considered second grade as they are smaller than the regular sizes. So, we created our very own sun-dried Sakura cherry tomato which is one-of-a-kind as you can't get this anywhere else in the world!

How To Consume?

Just pop a few pieces on your toast, salad or pasta! It has a sweet taste (we didn't add any sugar!) instead of your usual tangy ones.

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto


2 Tbsp of sun-dried tomato with olive oil

1/4 clove of a garlic

1/4 cup fresh herbs (sweet basil)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast

1 Tbsp of olive oil

a pinch of ground black pepper

a pinch of salt


  1. Place all ingredients except the parmesan cheese into a blender

  2. Pulse the ingredients (Do not over blend it). Add olive oil if necessary.

  3. Add the parmesan cheese and pulse again

  4. Pour the blended ingredients into a pan and heat it up

  5. Add your cooked pasta!
